Shop website content settings help you optimize your store webpage to attract more buyers and boost your store’s performance. They also play a cornerstone role in letting your customers know more about you.


Note: You need a premium subscription to modify your shop’s website content settings.

Follow this stepwise guide to configuring your store’s website content settings:

  1. Open the Windo app. On the homepage, tap on Settings on the bottom-right corner.

  1. Scroll down until you see the “Customize Shop Website” section on the settings screen. Then, tap on Shop Content.

‘About Shop’ Setting


The ‘About Shop’ option allows you to add a description of your shop. Use this opportunity to add a few creative lines describing your store or business and why it is unique.

  1. Tap on About Shop.

  2. Enter a description of your shop or business.

  1. Tap on Save once you are done.

‘Shop Policies’ Setting


If you have certain policies laid down for your store, you can use this option to communicate them to your customers. It’s possible to add multiple store policies under this setting.

  1. Tap on Shop Policies.

  2. To add a shop policy, tap on Add Policy.

‘Shop Info’ Setting


Under the ‘Shop Info’ setting, you can add vital business information for your shoppers. This includes contact details such as your phone number, email address, etc. You can also incorporate other generic details like order tracking, payments, shipping, and more.

  1. Tap on Shop Info.

  2. You will now see a set of options to change.

  1. To add Store Information, tap on Add beside the option.

  2. Enter your business email address under the “Enter Email ID” field.

  3. Enter your business phone number under the “Enter Mobile Number” field.

  4. Enter your store’s address under the “Enter Store Address” field.

Order Tracking

  1. To enable or disable displaying order tracking information, switch the toggle on or off.

  2. To edit the default order tracking information, tap on the blue pen icon.

  3. Add a title under the “Enter Order Tracking Title” field.

  4. Enter generic details regarding orders under the “Enter Order Tracking Description” field.

  1. To enable or disable displaying payments information, switch the toggle on or off.

‘Store Timings’ Setting


‘Store Timings’ allows you to set a time zone and determine timings to allow orders only during the specified timings.

  1. If you are closed on any day of the week, you can switch the toggle option off.

  2. To edit the store hours for each day, tap on the blue pen icon.

  3. To accept orders after the store timings, check the option for each day as per your preference.
